South Croydon Reveller Sues Lorry Driver After Being Injured In Collision

A drunken reveller has sued a trucker for not realising that he was drunk, and driving into him. Carl Heaven is claiming an “unlimited” amount of money in damages from Brian Williams an employee at Essex-based Containerlift Services. The damages are in regard to the multiple broken bones that he suffered when the trucker hit him with the back of the 44 tonne lorry.

Tata Power Tries To Sell 500MW At High Rates

After threatening to disconnect 500MW power supply to the RInfra’s consumers in suburban Mumbai, Tata Power is desperate to sell power at market rates in the power market; however, they are yet to be successful. MSEDCL has rejected their offer to buy power at market rates and has taken a firm stand of buying power from them, if only offered at the regulated rates and not at market rates.
