Answer the question, “How was the project carried out?” instead of just answering “completed?” Good project management assures that successful projects mean those who worked on it are also happy and feel fulfilled. In the long run, it is what people affected by the project feel about it that really matters in measuring its success.

Conclude the project. With a competent project manager who sees both the trees and the forest, and a skilled manpower compliment who are experts in the processes involved in the project, a project can be ended with success, at the right timing, and within the given project budget. Always remember to close the project and record best practices and other important milestone achievements.
